The Women's Leadership Kundalini Circle is a sacred weekly gathering for women — rooted in the ancient technology of Kundalini Yoga and the living wisdom of the feminine lineage.
Every Thursday at 10:00am MST, women gather from around the world — in person and online — to practice together, to be witnessed, and to remember who they are beneath the roles, the responsibilities, and the noise of daily life. The circle holds space for women at every stage of their journey — from the complete beginner to the long-time practitioner — through kriya, breathwork, mantra, meditation, and the profound medicine of women sitting together in truth.
This is not a fitness class. This is a homecoming.
Women's Talk Integration Circle
The Monthly Women's Talk Integration Circle is a slower, more intimate gathering — held once a month as a complement to the weekly practice circle.
Where the Thursday circle moves energy through the body, the Integration Circle gives that energy a voice. Women come together to share what is moving through them, what the practice is opening, what is being released and what is arriving.
There is no agenda beyond honest presence. No fixing, no advice, no performance.
Only women witnessing women — in the ancient way that has always been the most powerful healing available to us.

Immersion Workshops
The Living Light Kundalini Immersion Workshops are deeper dives into the themes, teachings, and practices at the heart of the Women's Leadership Kundalini Circle — offered periodically throughout the year as extended containers for women ready to go further.
Each immersion is built around a specific theme drawn from the Kundalini lineage — a chakra, a women's teaching, a season, a life transition — and woven together through extended kriya, sacred ceremony, embodied movement, dharmic teaching, and meditative silence. Where the weekly circle plants seeds, the immersion gives them room to root.
