Every word has been reviewed, shaped, and approved by Alexandra personally.

 

The teachings, the lineage, the twenty years of practice, the lived experience — none of that comes from AI. It comes from a human being who has walked this path with her whole life.

AI does not write your session plan. AI does not hold the space in the circle. AI does not know what the practice feels like at 4am in a personal sadhana, or what it costs to change a 30-year habit, or what happens in the body when the mantra finally reaches the place where the healing needs to happen.
